My Mission
My mission as a Life Coach is to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I am here to support you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.
My approach to coaching is rooted in my background as a psychotherapist and a business owner. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that life coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.
My Services
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions remotely. I have an interest in supporting you in moving forward in your career, getting back into education, developing new business ideas or general life goal setting.
My Story
Growing up one of eight children in 1980s Dublin, my parents’ focus was not always on their children’s education as other issues took priority. In that context, I left school early and did not sit my leaving cert and began working in retail, soon finding my passion in the world of work. Although I’ve carved out a successful career in retail management and business ownership, the longing to complete my education never really left me.
Formal exams never suited me however, and despite my best efforts, I struggled to retain and relay information in that learning environment. Two years ago I had an assessment and was diagnosed with dyslexia, which completely changed my perspective. I began to accept that I am good enough, regardless of my educational background.
It is with this better understanding of myself, and seeing my educational journey as different rather than lesser, that I hope to support others find their pathway to their ideal self or life, via whichever route works best for them.
I set up my own retail business and simultaneously attended college, studying to become a psychotherapist. I qualified as a psychotherapist and set up a practice which I really enjoyed.
After a few years of working as a psychotherapist and raising a young family I decided to join my husband and become a partner in his promotional business. This allowed me the time to raise our family and work part time.
Throughout my professional career, I pursued various courses and training alongside work. I engaged in programs such as IMI, Crest of Excellence, and Dale Carnegie to enhance my skills and knowledge.
During covid I completed a full-time course in Auctioneering, Estate Agency and Valuation. I have always had a love for all things related to property.
This year I have returned to education and I am currently studying Life Coaching and Mentoring with Kingstown College. I have taken the bold step of starting my own coaching practice.
Drawing from my experiences and personal journey, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to overcome their doubts and achieve their full potential. As a coach, I strive to create a supportive and nurturing environment where clients can gain clarity, build confidence, and navigate their own unique paths to success.
